Manufacturer Quality Guarantee*

All of our premium range prescription frames^ and lenses are manufactured in accordance with exacting international standards and we believe them to be of the highest quality. Manufacturer warranties of frames and lenses are either 12 or 24 months of purchase which depends on individual product. If your glasses have any manufacturing defects relating to material or production, the supplier will repair or replace them for you after their inspection and approval.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Glory Eyecare Optometrists. If you have any concerns within 3 months of the date of your purchase we will do our best to sort them out for you.

Multifocal Satisfaction Guarantee

Multifocal glasses give you clear vision at all distances, with no tell-tale lines. Because we understand that some people take a bit of time to get used to them, we’re giving you an additional guarantee. If you can’t get on with them, bring them back within 3 months from the date of your purchase and you can exchange them for either a pair of bifocals or two pairs of single vision glasses (one for reading and one for distance) once. Their total value must not exceed the value of the multifocal glasses.

Lifelong Service Guarantee

At Glory Eyecare Optometrists, you can always come in to have fine-tuning adjustment for your glasses. This service is free during the life of your glasses purchased from us.

Terms & Conditions

* Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
