Medical eye doctors (ophthalmologists) charge $200 to $400+ for initial consultation, plus extra for extra tests/scans/visits. We use similar advanced equipment and spend more time testing your vision and eye health for lower fees. Buying glasses here helps us maintain low prices and top care.

 

Fees & Appointments

Billing: All services are clinically necessary and strictly follow healthcare guidelines of Medicare, HaDSCO and APHRA.

Report/Record Access: Government guidelines (https://hcc.vic.gov.au/public/health-records) to cover fees for staff time.

• Simple (10-15 mins): $40–$60, Detailed (20-30 mins): $80–$120, Legal/Insurance (35–45–110+ min): $140–$180–$440+

• Delivery: 2–14 business days

Professional Dispensing: $70 per 15 minutes (waived if glasses are fully paid).

Medicare Rebates: Processed within 3–5 days.

Complete Checks: Checking both eyes helps find hidden health issues early. Vision tests are required prior to eye health exam.

Prompt Attention: Eye injuries need quick care within a few hours to protect your sight.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds, but we will gladly adjust to support your care.

 

Glasses

Value: Glasses are worn daily for 1–3 years. Quality lenses provide clearer, more comfortable vision.

Price Match: We match Australian store prices on contact lenses.

Tax Deductions: May apply to work or safety glasses.
